Abstract

The article analyzes the new legislation on small bankruptcy in the Bankruptcy and Restructuring Act, which is one of the legislator›s measures to overcome the social and economic crisis caused by the COVID 19 pandemic. The article focuses on the declared goals of the new regulation of small bankruptcy to streamline and make the legal regulation of small bankruptcy more attractive and at the same time on the changes that will affect the position of the creditors and the bankrupt’s statutory body.
