Abstract

The article focuses on Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) as one of the areas where Artificial Intelligence (AI) can play a significant role, and it can be assumed that this role will grow even more. With the development of society, the methods used for efficient and fair dispute resolution must also evolve, which can facilitate access to justice in society. This article aims to contribute to the discussion regarding the possibility of implementing AI in ADR. Also, it addresses the potential benefits of implementing AI in ADR, its challenges and possible implications for the future of dispute resolution.
