Deep Fakes and Privacy

Authors focus on deep fake technology. The first part of the article is devoted to the definition of the technology including positive and 228 negative impacts on an individual and society as a whole. Subsequently the legal analysis focused on liability for third-party content and protection of personal data follows in terms of suitability of current legislation.
