Selected institutes of the theory of a corporate group in the legal order of the Slovak Republic (focusing on corporate governance)

The contribution focuses on the analysis of selected institutes of the theory of a corporate group in the company law of the Slovak Republic, as well as on an international comparation and confrontation with the legal regulation of the relevant institutes in the Czech Republic. The author pays particular attention to corporate governance issues of companies belonging to a corporate group including group governance issues in the context of means of direct intervention of a parent company into business management of subsidiaries in a corporate group.
