This scientific article of mine is devoted to the hitherto legally unresolved issue of the legal regulation of the status of joint owners within the association of participants in land adjustments and their omitted pre-emptive rights within land adjustments. Land adjustments are a complex legal process and procedure taking place within the territorial self-government, which, both legally and practically, brings many legally unresolved situations due to legislative loopholes or due to the development of society. Therefore, in my conclusion of this article, I, as the author, tried to find possible solutions in theory and practice at the de lege ferenda level precisely to improve and enhance the current legal regulation in this area with a possible benefit for practice, which I subsequently formulated and stated directly at the end of my article.
