Sanction according to the Act on Register of Public Sector Partners and the Adequacy thereof

Abstract

The author deals with the sanctions that are relevant in case of violation of the provisions of Act No. 315/2016 Coll. on the register of public sector partners, as amended, and the question of their adequacy with regard to the seriousness of individual infringement cases. On the one hand, sanctions have an important role in getting public sector partners to keep the data entered and published correct and up-to-date. On the other hand, the question is whether all infringements should be sanctioned with the same severity.
