Home search as an important source of information in clarifying and investigating sexual crimes

Abstract

The author seeks to point out in this article the fact that in addition to crime scene inspections and other structural-criminalistics methods, home search (as another of the specific methods of criminalistics practice - specifically criminalistics tactics) can significantly contribute to the conviction of sex offenders - especially in relation to the sexual abuse of children and entrusted persons.
