The article focuses on the issue of the impact of an exceptional situation caused by the spread of COVID-19 on public procurement processes - in particular, the article focuses on the issue of missing the time limit for explaining or supplementing the submitted documents under sec. 40 of the Public Procurement Act and provides certain arguments (interpretation approaches) that could contribute to solving of the issue.
