Abstract

The article has the ambition to present the basic thesis of procedural iusnaturalism presented by one of the greatest legal philosophers and legal theorists of the 20th century – Lon L. Fuller. Emphasis will be put on his concept of inner morality of law and its eight requirements, focusing on their projection into the Slovak legal order and the associated application problems in legal practice that arose during this projection.
