Abstract

The article focuses on the analysis of the activities of legal entities, whom Act no. 315/2016 Coll. on the Register of Public Sector Partners and on Amendments to Certain Acts, as amended, allows to perform the tasks of an authorized person for public sector partners. It deals in detail with the analysis of the impartiality of authorized persons in the registration process of public sector partners in the Register of Public Sector Partners, while trying to identify problem areas in individual entities that can perform the activities of authorized persons.
