Administrative contracts as a form of public administration activity for the future
Keywords:
public administration, forms of public administration activity, administrative agreement, administrative contractAbstract
The article outlines administrative contracts as one of the final forms of public administration activity, which represents a certain alternative to unilateral acts of public authorities. Given that their creation requires cooperation from both (or several) parties, the article emphasizes the partnership position of public administration at the expense of its directive functions. The importance of this position is steadily increasing, particularly with the provision of public services. Therefore, the article aims to highlight the significance and importance of administrative contracts, including references to the legal regulation in the French Republic, where administrative contracts have long held a significant position as part of administrative law.
