Full Jurisdiction and its impact on the decision-making process of Administrative bodies

According to the Slovak Administrative Judicial Code, courts have a right to review administrative sanctioning decision fully in several 118 cases. The Author focuses on the most problematic one allowing the court to annul a decision when principles of criminal law need to be applied. The Author points to shortcomings in Slovak legislation and how insufficient legal framework affects the decision-making process of administrative bodies.
